Department

Established in 1993 and accepting its first students in 2000 (affiliated with Anadolu University until 2018), the Computer Engineering Department of Eskisehir Technical University aims to be a pioneer in educating highly skilled computer engineers. We prepare our graduates to become leaders in a technology-driven world, fostering innovation and ethical practices.
 
Our rigorous Bachelor of Science program is taught entirely in English. It includes a 1-year English preparatory class followed by 4 years of in-depth computer engineering curriculum. Since 2009, the program has held accreditation from MUDEK (a member of the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education and the International Engineering Alliance) and the EUR-ACE label, signifying our commitment to international quality standards. The program has also been awarded the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TYC) label as of 2021. For those seeking to further their expertise, the department offers Master's and Doctorate programs in Computer Engineering and a Master's program in Artificial Intelligence, as well.
 
Our experienced academic staff conducts educational and research activities, following the latest developments and best practices in the field. The department occupies a spacious area in the Iki Eylul campus of Eskisehir Technical University, providing a well-equipped learning environment.
