You must send the links to your abstract (word), poster (pdf) and 2-3 minute video (mp4) files uploaded to the cloud to our instructors on the event commission (Research Assistant Aslı ALTIPARMAK and Research Assistant Dr. Ahmet AYDIN) by May 20, 12:00 P.M.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Required settings must be made for our instructors in the commission to have access to your files.
